The Final Problem - 7/10 - They killed his ass!

The Naval Treaty - 6/10 - This story is way longer than the others and is better off for it. Instead of breathless blocks of exposition clogging up the story, the information is given at a more consumable pace, and the story has more suspense for it. This is definitely among the best Sherlock tales I’ve read thus far.

The Greek Interpreter - 6/10 - This one had a fantastic setup and only a so-so payoff. The villains in this one were really intimidating and I enjoyed the introduction of Sherlock’s brother MyCroft. I wish the deductions were of greater actual significance to the story though.

The Resident Patient - 6/10 - Solid. The premise of this one is intriguing and it takes a good twist.

The Crooked Man - 5/10 - There’s a lot to like about this one, from the particular depiction of Sherlock and Watson’s friendship to the interesting contradiction at the heart of the mystery, but the conclusion is pretty flaccid IMO.

The Reigate Squires - 5/10 - This is another kind of dull and predictable one. I like some of Sherlock’s antics, but the mystery is mid.

The Musgrave Ritual - 5/10 - This was a bit interesting, a bit predictable, and a bit racist to the Welsh.
