it's definitely getting more interesting at this point, I'm so damn curious on what happened to Abby too?
like in reality she would 99% be dead for sure but this is a story so it could be.. I don't even know what chance it might be but as I initially thought, Shark had something to do with her disappearance. I just wanna damn know where she is. I hope she'd be alive but I just wanna know, WHAT HAPPENED lol

With the speed at which I have torn through this book, one might suspect that I was reading when I should be working and attending to other required activities. But I would never do that. 🤞

Great character development, far better than most crime novels I've read. I like Ethan's character; he is complicated in an interesting way. His life is defined by bad decisions he made as a teen and he is tormented by failing his sister, the only person he has ever loved. He knows revenge will solve nothing and risk everything, and he has acknowledged his powerlessness over the thirst for it. Good stuff.
