Status Updates From 구원 방정식 [Guwon Bangjeongsig]...

I’m calling this one done for now, though it’s technically still releasing weekly (as a manhwa) because I probably won’t pick it up again until it’s finished, or at least until the season is finished. I don’t do well reading a chapter a week - I forget what’s happened, and can’t maintain feelings for characters - so I’ll read again when it’s done.

Chapter 36

I can’t believe I finished vol 2 within a day. The story took such an expected turn but I couldn’t put it down – It’s so dramatic!! But it was mostly action, drama and politics… hopefully there’s redeeming romance in vol 3 🧐

I finished volume 1 out of 4 on Manta so I guess I’m 25% there? Onto volume 2!

yo where the fuck is this book going??? like i thought it was a “i went back in time” kind of romance but then she gets imprisoned??? and now they’re talking about the kkk??? and the rivalry between the irish and italian mafias???? the plot line is all over the place wtf

this book doesn’t quite capture things progressing as fast as the comic. the first half of the book is probably her internal monologue about how scared she was of him and that’s boring cause the man literally was actively dealing with PTSD from the war and all you did was make him go through shock therapy (which WAS normal for the time period in the early 1600s but still) i hope this picks up cause lorddddd
