I think we need to make a new category for straight-up edgelord books. Books that are just edgelordy for the sake of being edgelordy.

Begins with the all-but-stated-out-loud rape of two throwaway female characters (one of whom may or may not be dead). The goblins are described with contradictory portrayals-sometimes they're described as having the abilities of children, and yet when directly portrayed, they wipe out the throwaway party of adventurers.

The male throwaway character, noticeably, does not get raped by the goblins.
