I’m gonna save myself the time and skip out early on this. I already knew this was going to be a no go. Mmc name is willow which was extremely distracting. And then his obsession with FMC wasn’t really explained an though she turned out better than I thought with the too cool dj act being admittedly a con to stay relevant I still could tell I was going to find this world insufferable

I love a damaged hero… but this fucked up damaged heroine that Willow needs to take care of?!! fuck it’s destroying me

these role-play scenes are just so amazing

seriously love how bananas this book is… but the characters feel so real… like they could be actual people walking around. Willow just makes me smile with his dorky dad vibes and how he is 100% in on Eden’s fantasy without a second thought

Gotta love a hero that is just gone for the heroine from the start. Willow is adorable

Eve Dangerfield writes hilarious dialogue like no one else. Her characters are so well developed and visceral from the jump… so far so good
