Damn, I'm so fricking disappointed... this plot has more holes than a plot 🤦🏻‍♀️😔 the characters are great and really deserve more

I'm having a very serious problem with this plot... Marisa's father was executed for endangering the lives of his pack members, but Jerred was not only left alive dispite putting his entire pack in jeopardy (and getting some killed), but he is still considered the next alpha. I'm not sure I can swallow this... I might DNF. We'll see.
