I'm intrigued by the characters, and am fascinated that the Princess and the Pea thread that had been tucked away. Hum hum hum.

I told my mom about Melanie Cellier, and now she had me reading the books, haha! We're buddy reading Beyond the Four Kingdoms #1, and I decided to start from the beginning of the first series. Hurray for young Lily and Sophie!

I like Cellier's writing style and sense of humor. Plus her FMCs are smart and witty, but also gentle and feminine.

So queen Eleanor is cinderella?! I didn't see that coming.
