Now in part two. I have little else to do except read, so I might be finished with this by tomorrow night. I'm hoping there will be less "woodcutter's daughter" title dropping. Like, girl...please. At least Alyssa is humble. I'll give her that.

I'm intrigued by the characters, and am fascinated that the Princess and the Pea thread that had been tucked away. Hum hum hum.

I told my mom about Melanie Cellier, and now she had me reading the books, haha! We're buddy reading Beyond the Four Kingdoms #1, and I decided to start from the beginning of the first series. Hurray for young Lily and Sophie!

I like Cellier's writing style and sense of humor. Plus her FMCs are smart and witty, but also gentle and feminine.
