I love that Shay makes a cameo in this book I’m obsessed with that little freak.

So far, this has not started well for me. I was ready to ditch it at 4%. Hopefully, it will improve, but I have low expectations. Cara Dee has way too many characters that she puts in other books. Keep your characters to their own series! I have no interest in her BDSM or enemies to lovers series and it’s frustrating to come across those characters and be totally lost on who’s who.

jayden was eight when we met him in ‘deserted,’ he turned nine in ‘played,’ and now he’s about to be 11.
justin was four when we met him in ‘deserted,’ and we find out in ‘played’ that he would turn five in january, but he’s still five here.
jayden has aged almost three years, but justin has only aged one year???
it’s the little things like this that i notice and i hate it.
