I enjoyed this for the most part. The whole stuff with her best friend really took away from the story though. She honestly could have cut that. Because of that this book only gets a 3 star rating from me.

Okay this whole drama with her friend is taking up way too much of the story and has just gotten this book downgraded from a 4 to a 3.

Okay this whole thing with her friend is all over the place and really feels unnecessary and doesn’t feel like it’s adding to the plot.

I don’t know about this side plot going on with her best friend. It’s a bit homo/transphobic

What the heck?!? We don’t get to experience their first kiss and only get a snippet of their first sexual encounter in a flashback.
