Status Updates From Possession: A Romance

Did this really just include a bisexual woman wanting to cheat on her girlfriend with a man?? And Blackadder out of all people???????
This feels like a hate crime.

In the intro, she references how a novelist wanting to make a book about poetry is challenging when one is not a poet. But she referenced how Robertson Davies met this challenge in Lyre of Orpheus which is one of my favorite books. Davies needed a liberetto for an opera. Imagine trying to write that as a novelist. Solution? Use real poetry written by real poets.

Looks like I’m in for some poem time.
