Status Updates From Septology

Damn this is going to take so much longer than I thought

Finished Book IV. Reading this is somewhat of a chore but definitely a beautiful one

Can’t tell if this book is making me love or fear painting

He painted a flattering portrait of his temporary landlord. We’re getting more of his first experiences getting recognized as an artist.

A lot of information on the doppelgänger’s failed relationships as a young man, including the attempted suicide of the mother of his one-year-old child. We also finally get the memory of the meeting between Asle and his late wife Ales.

Finished chapter 4. He reminisced about meeting the gallery manager that has been selling his paintings for almost fifty years now. He also recalls drinking with an old friend from school that went through the prison system.
