Status Updates From When Oceans Rise

Not gonna lie...this book is pretty fire. It's intriguing. The fantasy elements really give it a pop. It makes the plot so interesting amidst the real and darker themes that occurred in the beginning of the story.

Witchy Phillipino culture is amazing in this! This is written really well, and I'm only on page 35 🤭

I'm hoping this will be like a fantasy version of The Places I've Cried in Public. Excited to see where it goes (and if the audiobook narrator grows on me)
