Take the advice with caution. There are a lot of issues with how he cherry picks the science. But overall, some of the things he suggests for specific ailments might help. In Chapter 5, the reasons he gives as to why some of the items listed as brain betrayers could give a moderate allergic reaction to someone. A moderate allergic reaction does not have to be physical but can show up as brain health issues.
