The 1st chapter had a great ending couple of lines. Struggling to visualise some aspects, the prose feels different to we break immortals. But the characters make it. We'll see how this goes!

A solid start, cracking first line. Does have a slight different feel to We Break Immortals, and at this stage i am feeling it could've done with a little tighter editing in the prose, BUT i love Thomas' world and i trust in him to deliver!
