while it’s strange that I put off reading this trilogy for so long, I’m happy that I’m experiencing it now and not back in 2022. It’s very interesting how I sort of grew up with these characters, left them behind for a bit, only to end up in a situation that, on an emotional level, feels uncannily representative of mine (minus the dreaming, etc). It having a lot do to with a Cambridge is the cherry on top.
