Yeah, it’s still very wordy and is giving me whip lash with “I’m so attracted to him” and “why do I like him? He’s a killer”. Look, I get the h is 19, almost 20, but the H has been a killer since day ONE. Just stop already. He’s never once hidden on the fact of who and what he is. It’s just way too repetitive.
At this point, the book is 2 stars.

It is very slow moving. 30% in and I haven’t connected to the h at all. There is so much internal dialogue that I’m skipping page after page and still know exactly on what’s going on.
I don’t understand if Tomas is high on the food chain or at the bottom of the totem pole. Why is he doing all the nitty gritty dirty work? Doesn’t make sense.
