Status Updates From An Education in Malice

I have very mixed feelings. I love a lot of this authors work but this one just wasn’t for me.

I feel like we get so many books written with multiple POVs lately, and sometimes it could be done really well but if they both sound exactly the same, it ruins the book

It’s multiple POV, but it feels like only one and both girls sound exactly the same. Her writing has definitely evolved since this novel and I love her later works

Not her best work but I like that it’s fast paced

I get what everyone’s saying about the whole tell not show writing style. I usually love this author’s works and I think this is a really interesting novel and something I would totally adore. I just can’t get past the way everything is told
