Chapter 6 and it’s clear that a better title would be “the secret life of Parisians”

Only on chapter 4 but noticing that I am increasingly disagreeing with observations about French society. I think possibly this book is just outdated and general French society has changed. Or it seems quite clear that the author only partakes within a specific part of French society
