Haha, what? You just met her like a week before. I don't know why I keep reading these romance/chick-lit books they are absurd! I keep thinking I will find one that I don't want to burn to a crisp...

I'm really just skimming through the book. Continues to feel rather amateurish. Much repetitive sentences. Nothing happens. The plot is really flat. I only continue because it will be fast to finish. I could really skip to the end since nothing happens.

An agreeable read. The writing still feels amateurish.

Curious scene near the beginning of the book where the hero suddenly starts to kiss the heroine out of nowhere. He doesn't like her, doesn't trust her but feels this crazy need to kiss her. Crazy.

These last pages were quite an improvement over the Prologue. The hero & heroine met and sparks were flying. Things look promising although the writing still seems raw somehow.

Just starting the Prelude to the book. The heroine was not promising in that she was laughing during the funeral. Not a promising start.
