Status Updates From My True Love (Langlinais, #2)

Eek. I'm mourning a fictional place. I wonder if anyone else ever feels this when they read?

I don't care for the heroine as much in this book as I did in My Beloved. I know this book moves as slow as the first, but in some way the first one was more captivating in it's slowness. I sometimes just want to hit Anne and ask why she didn't just tell Stephen about things.

I like this story, but it hasn't captured me quite the way My Beloved did. Still, I enjoy reading about the descendant of Sebastian and Juliana.

Finally starting the second book of this series. I hope I find it as good as My Beloved!

Are these people going to speak to each other? Or will it be all internal monologues?

Oh, I'm loving this book so far! It's so....Well, romantic so far. I love that she's been seeing visions of him for years, since they were both children, and now they are finally meeting. :)
