This is one of the worst books I’ve ever read but unfortunately I will be finishing it

Jesus I hope: 1) that the staccato writing style of the first part of the book is intentional to reflect the author’s addled brain and it becomes more fluid when he eventually gets off drugs; and 2) I wish he’d get to the point where he gets off drugs because this book is really too focused on the high and not on the repercussions.
