Lists, lists, stereotypes swamping actual good points. 😔 Framing women with ADHD as simultaneously totally out of control but also highly capable. 🙄
Also, “women are more complicated than men”, “women are just as good as men” - give the pseudoscience and obvious comments a rest!

“Try not to procrastinate” and speak to your gynaecologist about your ADHD (no context/specifics given)! 😅

While the first few chapters had some solid information and comments, the second half is full of repetition, trite statements or half-baked examples. 😔

Listening to the narrator describe how to meditate - instructing reader to breathe “in tune with your heartbeat if possible”…
My average rate of respiration is 13 breaths a minute. Even with my lower end heart rate (48-55), that’s basically hyperventilating!

Listening to audiobook on Spotify - there are a few errors/phrasing issues and some out there statements about having ADHD but managing it so well that that you don’t have any symptoms (without actually describing how). Seems unlikely.
