Ending was somewhat weak in comparison to the rest of the book. It felt too perfect and too predictable, but satisfying nonetheless.

Noes! The shame dance of "I want to be with you but only if no one can see us." Poor Edward. That's gotta confuse the self-esteem.

I know it's a story dun right when I'm checking the page count and thinking, oh god, slow down and reread some of those sensational scenes because the end is nigh! And I don't want it! Not yet! Oh, and the contrast between Jack--stiff, firm, disciplined--and Edward--emotional, undisciplined--is dynamic and powerful. I sense vulnerability!

Pacing is fantastic! The intro scene was so lively and now the scene in Jack's house--strange power and rough manhandling!

Oh my! I love the cop's voice--he's so serious and all these crazy things happen to him.... Poor guy. Love it! Lol.
