The start didn't grab me but I ended up getting into this book and enjoying a lot of it! I did have a major narrator disconnect though...I think I would have liked it more if I had read it so I plan on reading the next book in the series at some point. Fated mates but doesn't turn out the usual way - disability rep (heroine), loved the primal play vibes

I wasn’t really in the mood for the previous book I started & thought ‘Hmmm, maybe a SciFi romance’.
I’ve read and simply adored previous books by this author so this one it is. I’m 33% in and I think I might be pulling an all-nighter until I’m done. This one has grabbed my attention.

Well, I don't super love this narrator, but trying to get used to them. Overall the story has been a bit crazy! I have been waiting for the mains to be together for almost 30% of the book so that is disappointing. BUT - they are about the be together! And I have lots of chapters left so I'm hoping it starts to pick up for me
