and leave cozy in my mind as the badass survivor she is for the brief two or so scenes she got.
and literally the only character worth mentioning.

i skimmed the end and well
most of this book so i thought that victor bitch still had connections and wasn’t actually dead under those sheets as they wheeled him away
and there was no news or mention of him being confirmed dead
no true resolution or healing done for the characters besides off page therapy

so book twos blurb is shit
very vague and short
had to skim the reviews to get the gist

apparently it’s this books fmc
ripley bff gabe and his pack finding a female omega

so basically just a copy paste of this fucking story dynamic??? oh what a coincidence that another omega omega pairing is made

shit worldbuilding.
what even is this omegaverse world

this story was predictable
and ultimately boring af

over five hundred fucking pages and it was mostly all trash

i highlighted and noted nothing

this author really thought they cooked when the characters themselves “seemed” to be smart and wise but it was obvious everytime

esp when they just went ahead and did the dumb things anyways

like how she plays mario kart or whatever else fucking things
i can’t even. the writing is fucking stupid 98% of the time

don’t get me started on the dialogue.
unbelievable and trashy.
the sex scenes and dirty talk? just..no. and there was a lot of it. too much.

i could not care less about any of these fucking ppl

in fact
out of all of them, i care least for the fmc.

let alone what she likes
what her hobbies are

hiking, gaming, reading smut,

oh a brief confession she wants to be a photographer
but we get nothing more

and all those little hobbies get their own scenes or constant CONSTANT mentions randomly throughout the story

ripley is … nothing special
this character is barely touched on
appearing somewhat asian?? but it’s never specified, besides a brief description or comparison guess by one of the mcs saying she’s a pretty asian looking woman
and then that lunar festival scene and general mention
🙄 so yeah nothing about her is deep

did i miss it
it’s never said what she even does for work

that was over five hundred(?) pages of a lot…
