Status Updates From The River: A Journey throug...

Well written , message clear. It’s not good so far and I am not halfway through the book.
The Aussie spirit lives in this book not only with Chris Hammer , also with the people he writes about.

Horrifyingly well written so far

Resumed reading , a must read to understand where our national character evolved.
The bush yarn a pleasant oasis in a desert adrift by climate change.

Interesting, devastating and harshly confronting.
Also I see where lots of his scenes in his fiction have been inspirations. That seems not the right word but best j can do

I am a fan of Chris Hammers fiction however his ideas must have an origin in non fiction . So I am reading his non fiction.
