Really enjoying this. The inquisitor format is a good way to get first-person mindset without all the awkward framing necessary to explain why the first person is communicating with the reader at all - and it provides a plausible way to build suspense without outright lying to the reader.

Tour de force description of a wedding

This is like being hit by a tidal wave of words...sometimes I lose my balance and my bearings, but eventually I seem to keep finding my feet. But good god this fella speaks at such a high speed it is hard to keep up...Would make a great audiobook actually.
