I love the author and I love the writing but this shit is horrifying. I read some very dark stuff this year, and I want to kill one of the main characters already. Blood and bile and dismemberment of your attacker.. Being raped does feel like that. Mr Voinov, thank you for relating those feelings so well. Jesus, this is only going to get worse

Can someone tell me the best way to read this? Should I go to a store and print all 700 pages, because e reading isn't my favorite. I was able to open it on Kindle but I'm not confident that I can keep my place, which is a problem with a book this large.
