Status Updates From The Exorcist/Legion

Kinderman won't shut up. Where is the horror? This book is almost over, where is Karras? Who the hell is Amfortas? The Exorcist was ok at best. Legion is horrid. It's like that dinner party in exorcist only this time for 300 pages. I can't wait to be done with this effort. What a shame.

The Exorcist amped up to a rapid conclusion but at least there was..pulse to the last pages. I'm some into Legion at this point and there's not much to write home about. Lot of philosophizing. A lot. To be honest if not for the film, id be somewhat oblivious to the plot.

Almost done with The Exorcist. Kinder man annoys the crap outa me. It's good but not great, the film might be better in all honesty. Taking several attempts to finish.

Kinderman is a bore. Not feeling the fear. Good writer maybe it's been played out, the whole possession thing. Starting to feel like a chore, finishing this, and I heard Legion is no better. :(

Blatty writes with skill and intelligence like few others in his genre.
