Hopefully I'll finish this tomorrow. I can't quit at this point out of respect for Joseph Cornell, but it is terribly tough going.

I'm loving these insights into the mind of an artist I revere, and whose life and work inspire me. He was high on the spectrum before there was one and hadn't benefit of diagnosis, but his determination and certainty in the value of his efforts - if only to himself - were all he needed.
