Status Updates From The Human Target: Volume 2

I didn't think I'd enjoy this book as much as I have but it's really got me. It's a classic crime noir based in the DCU, the characters feel grounded and the dialouge feels like modern Maltese Falcon. What really feels memorable though is the panel layouts and the art/coloring that accompanies it. Tom King is a great writer but more importantly knows how to use comics to tell a story that couldn't be read as a prose
