Status Updates From The Summer of Firsts and Lasts

2 and a half stars because what was that ENDING.

BROTHA THAT WAS SO ANTICLIMACTIC.

it’s been progressively slow, the sisters all have crushes and seem to think they’re the center of their universe. cant blame them tho, i remember feeling like that at camp. calla likes her best friend duncan, violet likes james and daisy like(d/s) a guy named joel, but that isn’t working out so well.

okay, it’s flowing a bit more now, but the pov’s are a little to childish for me. i know all three of them are underage and at that age everything is about boys but, somehow this revolves completely and utterly around them and it’s kind of exhausting. i like daisy the best so far.

so far, this reads like a 6th grade writing project that i would have written, which is to say, fan service and boy crazy + summer camp and sisters? it’s got 12 year old me written all over it.
