I'm actually with the dwarves on this one. They are told they were being sold into slavery by an ape and a fake Aslan so now they don't want any Aslan or any king and want to look after themselves and Eustace acts like they're ungrateful swine for not giving him a trophy for helping them

If there's one thing this book wants to emphasize, it's that Aslan is not a tame lion

Tirian is mad at Jill and calling her disobedient when she came there to help him and doesn't really answer to him even if he is king of Narnia and she did a very useful thing finding the false Aslan so Tirian sounds like a dick

Eustace 's story about how they got there and didn't use the rings is concerning

Also considering what a miserable time Jill has in the Silver Chair I'm surprised she wanted to come back. She gets sent on a miserable journey, almost eaten by giants after being lost in a snowstorm, faces a witch in a dark underground city of gnomes, then gets to go watch an old man die in front of his son.

A confusing dream sequence counts seven friends of Narnia, if the two olds are Cedric and Polly, and the two youngs are Eustace and Jill, then it would seem we're missing one of the four, and it must be Susan...
