I started this book without looking at goodreads first & I dont know if i've EVERY yelled at an author more during a book. Like this book is seriously pissing me off in so mny ways, yet is giving tiny slivers of interest/relevance for my research that i keep reading instead of just tossing it out. But I'm getting a lot of satisfaction from reading other reviews on here pointing out how wrong she is all the time, lol

The concept that ADHD is a disease of civilization and not of biology got me spinning out. From an evolutionary perspective, an extroverted individual who moves and thinks fast and constantly, with unusual stores of energy and the ability to rapidly shift then zero-in focus on new stimuli, would outlive every other dumbass caveman and undoubtedly have more reproductive opportunities, especially with female selection.
