I understood that my previous love was a puddle compared to the high seas before a storm

10, the most beautiful woman in bengal, is that why they tried with chicken pox because there’s no way they wouldn’t check beforehand looking back which means it’s attempted harm on beauty which is attempted GBH through using Muslims to do their dirty work. So bad because they involved innocents. It was not her choice surely because of our faith, it could only be directed by someone who isn’t of our faith.

It mentions chocolate mints, I love this flavour. I love dessert. I was told off about my dessert love by health professionals, they told me to go on a healthy diet. Had more dessert for iftar and after than food, that’s how bad. But this was like in my early 20s, much better since, barely now.

Amazing story. Despite being a classic, Morgenstern's writing is surprisingly good and almost reads like a children's book. HOWEVER, and this is my only complaint, Goldman decides to spend pages 1-38 talking about his history with the book (this is counted towards the actual book, the STORY itself starts on page 39), then when the STORY itself ends, Goldman writes 28 pages about the story's epilogue, then the ending.
