I have so far disliked this book so much that I am fairly confident I won’t be able to finish reading it, which irritates me. It’s future is likely to be turned into craft work/craft project. I wanted to like this book. But I just simply don’t. No insight for me.

The scale is a witness to my journey, not the measure of my worth.

Sometimes there are promises you make to yourself that you have to keep because I'd you didn't, life would be too dispiriting.

Very interesting and well written. Had to put aside for Stephen King.

While interesting to follow along on the author's journey, I didn't feel any real insight into my own journey.

A really interesting and easy read!
