Is Autumn just plain stupid? Hunter tells her to keep Hope there and not let her leave…so booking a flight to NY is what she tells her to do? Now I’m just plain pissed at this author making everyone out to be idiotic.

The aggravation I am feeling right now is beyond words. But I don’t understand the idiocy of the FMC. Someone explain to me how her daddy was controlling her and her actions at the age of 20 or 22? Who would no longer be living under his roof and paying her own way? I also get miscommunication, but this is what this whole book has almost become to the point where it’s obnoxious.

And now I am just absolutely stunned at the stupidity and naïve behavior. How do you go from everyone being so serious about the Brethern to being so lackadaisical about the rules and why Asher did what he did? You know what I mean, baby girl? Shoot me now.

I go from reading an author that terms BBW as fat at size 12-16 to an author that’s making the FMC out as fat and “curvy” AS A SIZE SIX!!!!

Oh boy here we go. Never within the first couple of chapters in a book in this series did I dislike the h. In the chapter I just finished. She makes an argument with her parents that this isn’t the 1950s anymore, but it might as well be because that’s exactly how she just acted throughout that chapter.

Whereas I enjoyed the Untamed Hell’s Fire MC series, this series has become unoriginal. Same underlying plots, same situations that pop up, even the same nicknames 🤦🏻‍♀️

Umm so I’m starting g to realize this author is not from the U.S.
When you go to college and graduate with a Mechanical Engineering degree, you don’t apply to become an auto/bike mechanic. 🤦🏻‍♀️ Not the same 🫠

Wow - didn’t think it could be this bad but alas. Congrats Cora on writing about a more pathetic manwhore ‘hero’ and pathetic FMC who might as well be a carpet runner.

I’m thoroughly enjoying the book itself
However, I can honestly say it appears as if no proofread or even used simple Microsoft spellcheck and grammar as it would’ve picked up on the errors. It’s so frustrating because there are literally sentences that are just a jumbled mess and I have no idea what I’m reading or sentences that have been cut off. You can see just from my highlights.

Booty call? Seriously? You’re a billionaire and refer to it as a Booty call? 🤦🏻‍♀️

Ivy was a daft cow in that series and right now Trinity is an immature daft cow. (You can refer to my review of the last book in that series)
I actually forgot how pissed off I was at the author and that horribly written final book to nowhere.

This is probably the slowest moving book by this author 🫠

Update - now Amelia is wearing a T-shirt with a football jersey over it…wow, she has more wardrobe changes in a span of 5 minutes than the do in 2 days

Listen up authors - Do. Your. Research.
And keep track of what you write.
It’s only 10% in and ….

I realized as I listen to this audiobook, it’s the narrator that grates on my nerves. I’ve mentioned it before - but in this one, her male voice of the MMC makes him completely unsexy - ick
