Are they just all waiting to be in one room to blow up with one another?

So the characters are unbearable, no one is willing to speak their truths to each another

my only issue so far is that there's a lot of characters being introduced and it's hard to remember who is who again...

this lady is a chronic overthinker, she wants her relationship to be perfect to her

can't tell if the author is problematic in her way of thinking. her approach to the world around her is questionable

I just want to know what the main character’s issue is at this point. I’m not really seeing a solution to her current depression-state

Unnamed main character is spiralling, sort of. You think she’s just lazy but I get the feeling there’s more to it with her. It’s interesting so far.

idk, I have mixed thoughts so far. All I'll say is both characters are unbearably annoying

Jessa is so annoying. I’m starting to have a realization that Arnett just writes annoying lesbian leads that don’t do anything to fix their life. Instead they’d rather just complain about it while constantly going through with it.

It just gets worse somehow. I’m not even sure how I didn’t catch this before, Bastien is fucked for what he’s done currently. UGH

After re-reading it, I’ve started to dislike the book more and more as the pages turn. I liked this initially when I read it but maybe I’ve matured, grown or whatever and don’t have the same nostalgia as I did before. Currently, Jessa is similar to Arnett’s other main character from With Teeth where they’re basically doing nothing to improve their livelihoods. That is a letdown.

It’s really boring.
