Stella is back at hospital. She suffers from a rare disease. Her friends are going on a trip and Stella was excited to go as well but because of her sickness she had to cancel. She’s a bit sad but a bit happy for her friends.

I really liked the poem on page 180 because it said that many people worry about the stuff that aren’t in their control but at the end everything works out , even if it doesn’t go as planned.

I started a new chapter, “If your mind needs inspiration” and so far it’s really nice and makes me feel safe, most of the poems are very cheerful and give me hope in a way.

on page 121, i felt really called out because the poem was just one question. “How many people choose not to speak because they are afraid of what others will think?” And i felt really “attacked” because I’m one of those people. I keep all of my thoughts in no matter what because im scared of what others might say or think.

One poem that really stood out to me was the one on page 98 because it talked about growing up and all the changes that come with that and that it was ok to accept these changes. Life is barely starting and it’s gonna get complicated but it’s important to not fall and give up since it’s just the beginning.

I really liked the poems from pages 65-82 because they were all so inspirational and gave me comfort. They basically say that there's always gonna be days when your thoughts will be so negative but that's ok because as long as you remind yourself it's a bad day not a bad life, you'll be ok.

From page 43 to 65, it talks mostly about healing your mind. I really liked the poem on page 53 because it says that people always look for someone to heal them but they don't need them because at the end of the day only you could save yourself.

Page 32, it talks about how the younger version of you would change their perspective of life if they saw how you are doing right now at this moment. I really liked this poem because it made me think about what my past self would think of me right now.

The first 22 pages talked about not being able to get people off your mind, either in a good or bad way. The times we think about them the most is when we do the things we love but only because that feeling triggers the memories all over again.

On page 159, Lili says she's always scared of the different "realities" she creates in her mind. Her mind is never quiet and she's always searching for something or someone that will silence those thoughts. I felt really connected to this poem because my mind is the same as hers.

Lili always wanted to be that girl that everyone liked, she wanted to be more social like her best friend who glowed in a crowd. She wanted to be in control of her life and not let her anxiety push her into whatever direction it wanted. At the end of the poem, she says that everything got better after she decided to take control of her life and steer it into a better future and that inspired me a lot.

In this certain poem, Lili Reinhart says that saying "I love you forever" is a way of manipulating people, so it's better to say "for now" because even forever has an expiration date and that poem really stood out to me.

After everything she went through, she was able to heal herself and used writing as a coping mechanism. Even when she was so close to ending her life, she still fought to live because like she said "how else will you remember all that you've survived." The book was inspirational.

She had experienced happiness for the first time in a long time and it made her feel like she was capable of feeling happiness again after going through what she went through.

Terry is explaining how when they were in space station, they couldn't do anything. They had roughly enough food to last a couple of weeks. He says that he was able to see what was happening through drones and he said it was devastating to see people getting hurt and them not being able to do anything about it. He said that earth looked like it was an alien planet because it was burning a lot.
