even though the movie and the book are ones of my favourites, I'm not enjoying this audiobook that much :( maybe it's a good moment to stop listening to the books after I finish this one

Corny as hell!!! It's getting a bit too intense just for the sake of it now that I'm getting closer to the end. Characters seems to have been built the following way: think of everything that can be difficult for a kid, put it all in and add a cheesy narrator that gives life advice every two pages and you can pretty much sum up the style of this book that way. Ted is 40 and his back hurts as if he was 80... c'mon man

and of course I'm noticing how transphobic she is as well. Truly an enormous piece of shit

the edition keeps being fantastic. The new voices for the main characters fit in really well.
However, I'm noticing how fatphobic and racist JK Rowling is more than ever. The way she portraits Dudley and the bulgarian people is absolutely disgusting.

Sometimes struggling with how dramatic the story is. It's like all the elements are perfectly chosen to be as dramatic as possible (reminds of the movie Moonlight). I think Backman is a little bit redundant with the part about the characters being doomed. I think once was enough, to repeat it each chapter...
Aside from that, loving the story and the pace is great

enjoying it at the moment. A little bit corny, and sometimes I feel like it could be a Sunday afternoon movie but we'll see how it unwraps.

I feel like I know where this is heading and I love it.
I love Louisa's and Ted's characters at the moment.

God the conversation in the bar where the teachers reveal the reality behind Sirius Black imprisonment while Harry is under the table is just brilliantly recorded. I could feel like I was under the table.

When you get immersed into it, even the most simple thing as a door opening is made exactly when it has to. What an astounding job by the audio team

I literally just started and already noted some quotes I LOVED:

"(...) the entrance is protected by security guards weighing three hundred pounds with zero ounces of humor. They're the sort of guards who have so much muscle that they have muscles that don't even have Latin names, because back when people spoke Latin, idiots as big as this didn't even exist yet."

The chapter about the Boggart and Professor Lupin is just wonderfully performed.
Looking forward to reaching the Patronum section.

I'm not sure if I'm enjoying this one that much. I mean it's not bad at all, I find the writing good although the pace is a bit slow.

And some chapters feel like a repeated version of previous one. It reminds a little bit of Totoro, it's like there are no real problems in this book, everything is easily solved.

I just heard Saoirse-Monica Jackson as the Divination professor and thought, wow, simply wonderful, she fits the character simply perfectly.

A book about people who need therapy, just what I need (the book and the therapy I mean)

Tremendo acierto haber comprado este cómic escrito y dibujado por dos franceses sobre Power Rangers que trabajan por cuatro duros.

De momento me está encantando que todos los personajes sean grises, no hay clichés a la vista y eso me FASCINA y a la vez no me lo esperaba en una historia de pseudo héroes como en Kick Ass

loved the last chapter I read (3 it was I think (?)) because I'm so curious about how much of my own body and who I am physically has affected the way I am psychologically speaking. If though comes from the inside, how much of it is affected by the outside?

I love how this book (and the first one) seem to be a quiet chat with a coffee but suddenly strikes you with life-changing questions out of nowhere

simply heartwarming. thinking about quitting my job and moving to the countryside to offer a tea delivery service in a bicycle

I can't say much because I don't want to spoil Natalia but this feels very much like a breath of fresh air, it makes you think but at the same time it makes me feel good. Simply fantastic up until now

The beginning got me already. Let's see how this story unravels, it seems like the perfect thing to read on summer, a cozy solarpunk story, it brings me Nier Automata vibes.

It's honestly breathtaking to see the process behind Arcane even though I already watched the documentary and knew about most of the process.

So jealous of the talent of these people.

The book is just incredible to look at, a feast for the senses

What can I say? Arcane is the best series ever made and I admit no discussion about it.
The art is absolutely out of this world, it makes me so jealous

the Chamber of Secrets has been opened and I'm so up for it.
It's always great to comeback without forgetting JK is a piece of shit
