I am so excited! An IG friend shared this Lenten devo she had written. I downloaded and read the first Sunday's prayer . . . it's fantastic! If you are looking for a book of heart-preparing prayers this pre-Easter season, I highly recommend this book (free with Kindle Unlimited).

A "little light reading" to start out the New Year. Seriously, though, just finished the first seven-chapter-long article detailing the Muslim Sunni-Shia split. I've learned a LOT. Next up: The Muslim Brotherhood.

I don't often suggest books, but this is a fantastic short(er) story about a Magi who misses the camel train with the other three wise men. This *free* Kindle book, written over 100 years ago, is really a neat family read-aloud. Can't wait to see what will happen next!

Fascinating so far, which was really surprising. I honestly thought it was going to be informative (which it is) in a very dull way (which it is NOT).
