I have been giggling along. This is my second read, but I forgot how much fun this book was. It's an easy read but reveals so much ...

I am enjoying it very much. It is fast-paced and solely relying on dialogue. It's also very sharp and satirical, and I love it.

I found it on Audible read by Ilja Richter. He does a good job reading the accents...but then he is from Berlin himself.

This is a bit of a rollercoaster ride, and I am hooked.

What a weird book. One minute I'm ready to throw in the towel, and the next minute the book comes up with something beautiful.

"They move forward, eager in a way I wasn’t expecting, and I’m glad for the long bright evenings because soon we have built something new. Something to sit on this beach that doesn’t hold death within it, that hasn’t been used to commit atrocities."

Rowan in an idiot. Dom has no communication skills. Not sure why I'm still reading this at the moment. It's such a train wreck in the making.

Why are they all lying to each other? And why is Rowan such a TSTL dumbass?

Damn. This is quite good.
