Seriously? She's back to being in love with the jackhole that left her for her best friend? Cats are just as dumb as people...

Its gotten to the point that I can tell what decade I'm in based on her writing style. Yes all nora roberts books are the exact same formula just different names and occupations, but after slogging through several from the 80s, I'm happy to be back in the 90s. Early yet, I prefer her late 90s to early 2000s. But her supernatural stuff always takes the cake regardless of decade

This book is going to make me ugly cry.... isn't it?

Not really sure why the male narrator thinks that men from Colorado have a New Englandish accent, but it's driving me bonkers.

This is even worse than the first book. The only saving factor is the adorableness of a rabid raccoon and the ugly duckling goofiness of fluffy jr. If we could have a book about just them, I'd probably read it. But she is the most unlikeable person ever who somehow has ever single man panting after her

Pretty sure I just keeping coming back to these for his relationship with Dog, his technological failings and old man grumblings mixed with shenanigans that are way out of his age range. #imtooldforthisshit

So telling your kid that you're a cheating whore is supposed to save her from being possessed by a demon? Gotcha.... also, horror stories from the Viewpoint of a child are much creepier than normal

Went to download the rest of the series because im enjoying this more than i thought I would. Both my libraries have the 1st and 5th book.... nothing in between.... WTF @tennesseeR.E.A.D.S

I made the mistake of looking at a spoiler because I always need to know "does the 'dog' die" and was so depressed by the first book. I'll probably finish this one but may wind up lemming it and returning the final book. There has to be some hope in 26 hours each book. Instead of a dangling carrot that just keeps getting yanked away at every turn. My anxiety can't handle it haha

For a person who makes her living observing people and situations, she sure is pretty naive.

This book should have ended 10 hours ago, and the are still 10 to go. This may have actually been enjoyable if it was split up into a trilogy, but at this point im only finishing it because I've already lost 20 hours of my life, so what's another 10

Probably should have read the premise of this one before starting it as (while different circumstances) it's giving me an insight to what might have happened if the roles of my life situation were reversed. And that just makes me sad

The dude narrator is going to piss me off. You can not pull off whatever accent you're going for.is ut irish? Transylvanian? British? Olde English? I hate him.

This is so much better than anticipated. It like a cheesy movie in book form!
