Forget to add this ehe.

I’m experiencing an issue with goodreads, and was wondering if anyone can help. This only happens on my laptop, but for some reason every time I like or comment, whether on updates, groups or PMs, it says “Error,” or gives my a long sheet of data. That includes sending messages to goodreads staff, so I contacted them through another device.
Has anyone else experienced this?

If anyone sees old reviews/ratings from pop up on your feed, just ignore them 😅

If anyone sees reviews for books I read ages ago, I'm just editing them. Younger me was out of control.

After writing a review, is anyone else in a constant state of editing it for like 5 days? Or is it just me?

I know I've said this before, but...MAN, are old reviews of mine cringe. I'm gonna have to go and delete some of them, they're just so bad!

I can't get over how bad this new(er) goodreads book page system is, when the old one was perfectly fine.

I was not expecting to enjoy this book this much, but I'm really liking it. The writing style is awesome, and I honestly don't find Holden annoying. On it's way to becoming my second favourite literary classic of all time (before The Outsiders, of course).

This new goodreads book page really sucks. Bring back the old one! Why are they fixing something that's not broken?

I barely got to read yesterday so I'm hoping I can finish it today. Overall, I am enjoying it quite a lot, but the science talk has definitely gone over my head more than once.

(It seems only one person saw this update last time soo...)

My thought process as I was buying this book for 35$:

Do I have other books to read? Yes.

Is it Tolkien and has a beautiful cover and would look awesome next my other Tolkien books? Yes.

Obviously, the latter wins.

I'm a quarter into the third. First was great, second was pretty good, and the third seems it is gonna be better than two. But I will take a break and rate the first two. I'm gonna read a Sherlock Holmes book and then come right back.

So far, this is really additive for some reason. Really reminds me of Terry Pratchett.

500 pages to go.

Waiting for my book to arrive = pain.

One of my goals for 2022 was to read things outside my comfort zone, which I haven't really done, so here goes nothing.
So far, I am not a fan of how short the chapters are.

Finished Minority Report and Imposter. Honestly, the ideas are pure genius, but I think the Minority Report movie did the story better.

I like the movie, so hopefully this is just as good.

So I can't look at books now, cause every time I click on or look one up it says "An unexpected error has occurred". I have gone to goodreads and help AND contacted them, and they haven't replied. And it all started with the new update. Why couldn't they just keep it how it was?

Almost done. What a disappointment this book turned out to be.

Is anyone else having trouble looking up books on goodreads? Like it says error every time you click into one?

I just realised...I haven’t read a five star book this year 😭 My closest is Dune at 4.5.

The amount of times I cringe reading my old reviews is unreal.

I doubt anyone is watching the NBA Finals today, but if you are...noice.

When you are reading a Sanderson book and the POVs change multiple times in one chapter, its about to get real.
