At the beginning, Dorian seems almost innocent, without any sins. But as the story goes on, he becomes more selfish, corrupted and hollow. By the end, I couldn’t feel any empathy for him at all.
How someone who starts as pure and admired can fall so low? And it feels so sad to watch that transformation. Writing is nice, but Dorian himself left me with nothing but dislike.
