Wow part 1 complete and it’s choices with structure and character are really really interesting. Unsure of where this is going still but I’m enjoying it

Part 1 has been very interesting

Don't know what Im doing starting this giant chonker alongside my two other books Im reading but i really started craving Eriksons writing and the Malazan world

hmmmmmm, interesting stuff.

I actually don’t know how far I’m in on this. It’s interesting for sure. But also dense. But also… kinda prefer the film?!?

Part 1. Very good start so far. Great to read this while camping

Interesting. Have no idea where this will go for the 90% left

Finished the kid plot line and oof. I think it perfectly captures what young adults feel and think like and how avoidant they can be and OOF. Worisome for this adult plot line

I love the film and music references in this book so far. Kinda happy i get some of it. BUT it’s quite silently devastating. Young male friendships will always be complicated and I’m worrisome

I’m into the “epilogue chapters” as I like to say. And yall better believe I’m getting that lotr tattoo soon because this series is unbelievable

Book 5 complete. SO GOOD. So many good moments. Got one more book to go and then I’m DONE 😭

Okay i totally didn't clue on this that the other POV is from SPIDERS and i hate spiders so this may not be very fun for me.

picking this back up onto the second part of the book! Usually my least favourite sections in the movies so will be interesting to read it now

Maybe I’m just a snob because I love books that are snobby. LMAO but seriously I’m enjoying this a lot so far. I love learning things that I know nothing about and I feel like I’m learning a lot

On the final part now and oh my god. The way this is written is so good. The characters emotions feel so real it’s like I fall in love with who the main character has fallen in love with.

Already want a Robert Eggers 3 season tv show ACCURATE adaption to happen for this. God I love Paganism and how it’s depicted

Part 4 was incredible. Surprising at how connected to the characters I am

This writing style is so interesting because… ugh idk how to explain but it’s like the book isnt written in service to the audience. There’s such a disconnect between us as the reader and the story that’s being told in the best way possible. As if this story exists even if there aren’t readers?!?!
