The cover and title are cute though. Kudos to the artist and author for those bits.

Such a promising set-up - new manager x head union organizer - but such a disappointment. Minimal romantic vibes beyond a minor attraction. More about the MMC trying to start a union and the FMC supporting him but needing to protect her management job. I like unions and think they do good work but my god it's BKRING to see it being set up. Even the management-worker battle is boring here.
