I want to dnf and I probably should but I’m gonna push through. I never mom shame but holy crap these kids are terrors and walk all over Ingrid. I’m a mom so I thought I could connect and live out a fantasy of having a rock star fall for me but no. This is bad. So bad. I can’t even find it funny. I’m hoping it redeems itself in the end.

Nothing has happened. Not sure if there’s even a plot.

This is a probably a me problem but it seems like every new romance release has this same new formula of a few pages of interaction between the main characters followed by a chapter of inner dialogue where the main characters think about their feelings for each other which are mostly lustful. I probably need to try a new genre.

I want to dnf so bad. Slow burn did not pay off. There is no chemistry between these 2 characters. The story had so much potential but I’m just not feeling anything.

Soft dnf. MMC has no personality and a very inflated ego.

Soft dnf. I don’t think I’m gonna like either character but especially the fmc.

I know this is going to sound ridiculous but SUV is starting to lose its meaning. For some reason, this author has chosen to mention an SUV on just about every page and it’s distracting me from the story.
