Very cute book so far, however the audiobook is not good quality. I recommend reading the physical book.

I absolutely afford this book. My only wish is that there was less of the first half and more of the second half. An epilogue would’ve been DIVINE. Amazing book through and through.

LOVE THIS! The only criticism I have is that I’m not a fan of formatting changes that upset the rhythm — such as including a lot of emails, letters and text messages in stories.

I wish there was more fantastical imagery in this book.

This book focuses mostly on CBT, with only the last three chapters introducing yoga techniques, with a large emphasis on referring to their online content and paid program. They also spent a lot of time discussing the physical science behind trauma and PTSD. Great knowledge in this book, just a heavy handed at times with the promotion of their program.
